Recipe for "Detox and Metabolism Boosting Water":
Grab a 1 Gallon Pitcher with a Lid
Supplies:
2 Lemons
1 Lime
1 Cup Frozen (or fresh) Mango Chunks
1 Medium Sized Cucumber
20 Mint Leaves
About 10 quarter (coin) sized shavings of Ginger Root
Slice up fruits and veggie into thin slices. Pluck mint leaves from stem and meddle or cut with a knife. Take whole ginger root and make shavings. Put all prepped ingredients into pitcher. Fill pitcher the rest of the way with water. Cover with lid and let sit in refrigerator at least 3 hours or overnight. Drink up!
